The first step in delegation management is establishing the purpose of the visit and identifying key areas of interest. From this point on the delicate organisational aspects related to a delegation’s visit is continued through GDC services, reflecting the high-level consideration the client expects to demonstrate towards his guests.

Personal Agenda Management 

Whether it be an international conference with last minute bi-lateral meetings or an Economic mission with potential commercial opportunities, GDC assists the client in managing their agenda accurately, liaising in adapting and updating information and/or changes before and during the function. The Liaison agent is the essential contact point for each delegation.
